What is Discovery?


Discovery is a search engine that searches almost all of the Goddard Library's collections. Scholarly journals, books and ebooks, and newspapers can all be searched simultaneously.

Search Summon in 3 Steps

1. Enter keywords and click Enter. 

Tip! Use quotation marks around phrases to search the exact phrase. Ex) "world war i"

2. Limit results.

Once you are on the Results page available limiters will be found on the left side of the screen.

3. Review results.

From the Results page, you can click the title to access the result, use the limiters to refine your search, search the A-Z database list and chat with a librarian.
