Help with Interlibrary Loan

Need a book or article that you can't find at Clark? Use Interlibrary Loan to request it from a different library -- it will get delivered to Clark!

Create a new request using the sidebar on the left

Fill in as much information as you have, especially the title, author(s), publication information, and ISBN/ISSN. Then hit "SUBMIT REQUEST"!

You may find a link titled "Request Item through ILL" or "CLINK" on some databases. Clicking this will auto-fill information on an ILL request

You will recieve an email when it's ready for pickup! Articles take 3-5 days, books 2-3 weeks.

Email Response with notice of book's arrival.

You will recieve most articles electronically -- access them here! They will remain on ILLIAD for 60 days, so be sure to save the PDF.

Review items you have recieved under "Checked Out Items" and choose the Transaction Number to renew an item

Some items allow renewal requests. After clicking the transaction number, you can see the request, and choose "Renew Item"
