The Rose Library

Did you know that Clark University has a separate library for Holocaust and Genocide Studies?

The Rose Library, located in the Strassler Center for for Holocaust and Genocide Studies, houses the Diana Bartley Collection as well as other books relating to the Holocaust and genocide studies. The Bartley Collection comprises approximately 8,000 books, including many Holocaust materials dating from 1933 to 1947. Originally conceived as a library for Holocaust research, with the Center's mandate expanded to genocide studies, the range of titles has broadened. It continues to grow, with acquisitions on genocide in the twentieth century, including the Armenian Genocide.
