Goddard Library Resources will also appear on the External Tool menu. Follow the instructions below to select a guide to be linked directly to course modules.
Select the plus sign to the right of a module.
From the drop-down menu that appears, select External Tool. Scroll down to select Goddard Library Resources. Then click Add Item.
Click on the Goddard Library Resources link that now appears in the module.
On the new page that opens, select Full LibGuide from the Content Type drop-down. You do not need to change the drop-down for the LibGuides Site. A new drop-down menu will appear labeled Guide. In this drop-down menu, search for the library guide you would like to be linked. Once a guide is selected, use the Guide Page drop-down menu to select the landing page you would prefer - in most cases this will be Home. Finally click Embed Content.
Note that, linking the guide does not update the name of the link as it appears in the module. We recommend selecting the three dots menu to the right of the link to edit the title to reflect the content.
