A non-profit conservation and environmental science news platform that publishes original content in English, Indonesian, and Spanish. We aim to raise awareness about social and environmental issues related to forests and other ecosystems through our environmental news reporting and analysis as well as environmental education materials.

The Latin American Network Information Center (LANIC) is affiliated with the Lozano Long Institute of Latin American Studies (LLILAS) at the University of Texas at Austin.
