Open the database of choice. Select advanced search. Enter search terms. When you get your results use the Clink button to link to full text of journal articles. If Clink gives you "Find article," open that. You may also make refinements of your search by limiting results to "Peer Reviewed" or "Full text," etc. See a librarian for more details. Each database will have its own indiosyncracies.
