The Worcester Art Museum is a 10 minute drive from campus, or a 30 minute walk. Bus 19 towards City Hall runs from Main St/Crystal St to Major Taylor Blvd/Lincoln Square for a 40 minute ride. Parking is available for free in the Lancaster St lot across from the museum.
The museum has a collection of 35,000+ works from ancient to contemporary. The collection includes Roman mosaics, European and North American painting, photographs, prints, and drawings, a large arms and armor collection, and plenty more. The museum also offers art classes, including a weekly Nude Drawing session, free with admission.
Students have free admission to the Worcester Art Museum with their Clark University ID card. Non-members are:

Seniors 65 and over: $14
College Students with ID (non-Worcester schools): $14 / Free on the third Thursday of each month
Ages 4-17: $6
Ages 3 and under: FREE
EBT cardholder: $2 cash each, up to 4 people

The non-profit's mission is to engage artists and the public around contemporary art. The galleries host 20 exhibitions each year.
ArtsWorcester admission is free to all. Clark University students have an institutional membership with the program, allowing students to submit works to open calls for art, such as the annual College Show.
stART on the Street (September) usually occurs on Park Ave in Worcester, near Elm Park. It's a brief 20 minute walk up Park Ave. stART at the Station (December) occurs in Union Station, which is a 35 minute walk, or a 20 minute bus ride on the 33 from Main/Crystal to the Hub.
stART on the Street is Worcester's largest arts and music festival. It occurs twice annually in the Fall and Winter. There are many different music shows and performances. At stART festivals, you can find 200+ artists who make and sell their work. There is also a food court with a variety of options.
The festival is free to all.

The Sprinkler Factory Gallery is a space for visual and performing arts. The gallery hosts exhibitions twice a month in two galleries curated and organized by guest exhibitors. The space features contemporary art of many different forms: sculpture, 2D, installations, and theatrical performances. It also houses several artist studios and creative businesses.
The galleries and exhibitions are free and open to the public.
Davis Art Gallery is a 25 minute walk from campus up Main St, a 15 minute bus ride, or a 5 minute drive. To take the bus, use bus 19 toward the Hub from Main/Crystal to Main/DMV.
The Davis Art Gallery, operated by Davis Publications, exhibits contemporary community art. It is a venue for displaying Worcester art and for fundraising for community organizations. The gallery usually has 2-4 shows per year.

Located in the Traina Center on campus, the Schiltkamp Gallery is an accessible resource to view art at Clark. Exhibitions are developed by Clark faculty in collaboration with students and courses. There are four to five exhibitions a year.
The final exhibition of each year is the Senior Thesis Show, which features the work of senior studio art students.
The Schiltkamp Gallery is free to all.
C.C. Lowell is a 20 minute walk from campus using Mason St, or a 5 minute drive.
C.C. Lowell is not a gallery or museum, but is an art supply and custom framing store. The shop sells art supplies for many media, for beginners and more experienced artists, and is a fantastic local resource for art-making.
The Cantor Art Gallery, on College of the Holy Cross' campus is a brief 10 minute drive, a 30 minute walk, or a 25 minute bus ride. To take the bus, meet #25 toward Auburn at Canterbury St/Walpole (behind Crystal Park), and ride until Southbridge St/College of the Holy Cross.
The Cantor Art Gallery is located on the campus of College of the Holy Cross. It presents art exhibits to enhance the experience of College of the Holy Cross students, faculty, and staff. It presents 5-6 loan exhibitions each year.
The gallery also has a 400-object permanent collection including Southeast Asian textiles, Western sculptures (Rodin, et. al.), photography, paintings, prints, and drawings.
Admission to the gallery is free.
POW! WOW! Worcester is a yearly initiative to bring muralists to Worcester. The 10-day long festival involves mural-making by the numerous artists from all over the world, food, and community events.
